How to Maintain Vocal Health
I was talking to a student about how to help alleviate and prevent sickness yesterday. Staying healthy is important for everything we do, but especially for choir! So I wanted to share a drink that works wonders for me (and is tasty as well), as well as a few tips for keeping your voice in good shape so everyone can set themselves up for success. I love this stuff! I always feel better after drinking it. It's packed with vitamins for your body to use to fight your sickness, as well as natural products that soothe symptoms and aid your body in healing itself.
